Machining

Precision manufacture means for us µm-precise machining with modern CNC milling machines, horizontal boring machines and planing benches.

From surface dressing through the cutting of T-slots to the drilling of threaded and fitment bore holes – we provide highly complex 6-side machining with tolerance accuracy in accordance with DIN 876. 

After machining, our cast plates are cleaned by hand, oiled and – if they have to be stored for longer periods – preserved with Tectyl.
