Stolle Tooling plates:
Stolle clamping elements are made from high-density special cast iron with added steel. They offer many different clamping options for all types of workpieces.
Each plate is manufactured individually and customized to suit customers’ requirements. The construction, dimensions, load-bearing capacity and surface properties of the plates depend on the size and weight of the workpieces to be clamped.
Our special casting process guarantees freedom of tension through the even cooling and contraction of the cast. The sub-construction with T-shaped reinforced ribs gives the plates a high degree of intrinsic strength. We adapt the plates to the various loads by means of the number and design of the ribs.
We manufacture tooling plates, fixing rails and and rigid supports in line with individual specifications and supply clamping brackets, clamping cubes and a full range of accessories for alignment and assembly.

In addition to this, we also supply a large number of standardized clamping elements, with which workpieces can be fixed and precisely adjusted both horizontally and vertically.
