Training

A well-trained, skilled workforce is the basic prerequisite for the precision work that we at Stolle deliver every day. That’s why we invest in the future by training foundry mechanics, milling machine operators and mechatricians as well as industrial clerks.

In addition to this, we offer internships to Mechanical Engineering students.

Additional qualifications and master tradesman’s examinations

We support the further training of our employees so that we can guarantee our customers sustainable top quality. Various additional qualifications can be acquired at external training courses and we also offer vocation-specific advance training at our cooperation partners’ businesses.
