Angle plates with a box-shaped cast design are required for almost all boring and milling machines to fix workpieces in a vertical position. The clamping surfaces of the standard angle plates have been machined in accordance with DIN 876/III and provided with T-slots in accordance with DIN 650-22 H 12 or DIN 650-28 H 12. Other slot sizes in accordance with DIN 650, ranging from 12 to 42 mm, can also be provided.

The bases of the angle plates have clamping slots and drill-holes adjusted to the clamping options of the machine table.

The sizes and dimensions of the angle plates and the T-slots can be varied according to your requirements. The angle plates can also be supplied with the spring-clamping cylinders of your choice. Particularly large and heavy angle plates can also be supplied in several sections. These can then be arranged in either a vertical or horizontal row to obtain the highest or widest possible clamping surface.

The size and dimensions of the clamping brackets and T-slots can be varied to suit requirements. Particularly large and heavy brackets can be manufactured in several pieces. In this way, very high and/or wide clamping surfaces can be achieved by assembling the pieces above or adjacent to one another.

The brackets are also used frequently for horizontal hydropulse test stands in combination with a backing plate. In addition to this, we also supply brackets with spring clamping cylinders.

We calculate the construction individually to suit the different load-bearing requirements.
